  • Full name, Complete Work Address and Title (Mr./Mrs.,Dr., Professor, etc.)
  • Short paragraph about the participant-what is your field of expertise or study?
  • Why you are attending the conference and your contribution to the conference?
  • Will you be extending your stay while in the US?
  • What type of papers/abstracts/research will you be presenting? Please include specific Title (s).
  • Any USA affiliations or contacts-colleagues you have worked with in the past?

All this information is helpful in building a solid letter for you to submit for approval. Thanks!
